過去の自分自身を振り返ると、他人に評価された重要な成果があれば、自信を持つべきです。特にそれらの成果が独力で達成されたものであれば、高いスキルの指標となります。

成果を生み出す能力は、スキルや知識だけでなく、自身がいる環境にも大きく依存します。ある環境では、豊富なスキルや知識があっても、効果的に活用するのに苦労し、実質的な成果が得られないことがあります。

チームの成熟度や組織の協力的な性質、効率と生産性に基づくシステムの実装など、環境要因が重要な役割を果たします。これらの要因が整っていて、適切なスキルや知識があれば、成果や業績を生み出しやすくなります。そうでなければ、最初の焦点は環境を改善し、チームの能力を向上させることに置かれるべきです。そうした改善がないと、パフォーマンスが停滞し、成果や業績が得られない可能性があります。

過去の目覚ましい成果は、十分なスキルと知識を持っている証拠であり、良好な環境の恩恵を受けていることを示しています。したがって、過去に重要な成果があれば、自信を持つべきだと思います。

Looking back ourselves in the past, if we had significant achievements which appreciated by others, we should feel confident.
Especially if those accomplishments were made independently, it's an indicator of our high level of skill.
The ability to generate achievements hinges not only on skills and knowledge but also significantly on the environment we’re in.
In some environments, even with ample skills and knowledge, we might struggle to utilize them effectively, resulting in a lack of substantial outcomes.
Environmental factors, such as the maturity level of the team, the cooperative nature of the organization, and the implementation of systems based on efficiency and productivity, play a crucial role.
With those factors in place and adequate skills and knowledge, it becomes easier to produce results and achievements. Otherwise, the initial focus should be on improving the environment and elevating the team's capabilities.
Without such improvements, our performance might stagnate, and our results or achievements may not materialize.
Past remarkable achievements of us are evidence of possessing sufficient skills and knowledge and benefiting from a conducive environment.
We should certainly have confidence in ourselves, if we have significant achievements in the past, I believe.
