今の職場や仕事上で、しんどいと思ったことはありますか？
そう思う場面があることはごく自然だと思います。問題は何に対してしんどいと感じているかです！

業務の内容について、しんどいと感じている場合は、その業務を遂行する上でのスキルが足りていないからかもしれません。そうだとしたら、その不足するスキルは自分で習得する努力が必要です。
その努力を怠ると自身の成長はありまません。

人間関係にしんどいと感じている場合は、新たに人間関係を構築する努力が必要です。

そうすれば、自身に取って最終的には成長につながり、スキルや知識も増えていくはずです。

職場環境にしんどくなり、転職する人がいますがまずはそのチャレンジを受けて改善に挑戦すべきです。
楽な方向に逃げるだけでは、人は成長せず衰退するだけです。

このチャレンジは、生きている間は、ずっと続くと考えたほうがいいです。
逃げずにチャレンジする、まずトライしてみてください。

While some might consider changing jobs when the workplace becomes difficult, 
it's advisable to first tackle the challenges as opportunities for improvement. 
Simply opting for an easier path might lead to stagnation or decline. 
Embrace challenges as a continuous part of life and consider them opportunities for growth.
